David Giambruno is a San Jose native and Broker Owner of Silicon Valley Associates. For over the last 8 years David has helped families with long term real estate and mortgage planning. Currently,  David spends a majority of his time helping distressed property owners navigate their way through these troubling times. He also volunteers as a foreclosure counselor with the city of San Jose’s Foreclosure Help Center.
